How to Upgrade Your Cryptopay Virtual Card to a Plastic Cryptopay Card (Web Version)
Sometimes, the Cryptopay virtual card might not be enough for you and you may want to upgrade to a plastic card. The Cryptopay card upgrade feature makes this possible. To upgrade, go to the Accounts page and click on the virtual card you want to upgrade and click the ‘Upgrade to Plastic’ button. Next, confirm the upgrade. Then, select the delivery method (either Standard or Express method). Check all the details and select your preferred payment method. You can keep using your virtual card as you wait for your plastic card to arrive. Once you receive and activate it, your virtual card will be closed. Currently, you will pay 5 EUR/GBP for the upgrade but it will cost 12.50 EUR/GBP later on.
Cryptopay Card Supported Countries
The Cryptopay prepaid card is available to verified users residing in Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the EEA and the UK. EEA countries include Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, France, Iceland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, and Sweden. At the moment there is not Cryptopay US services.
Cryptopay Card Supported Currencies
The Cryptopay prepaid card supports both cryptocurrencies and traditional fiat. The supported traditional fiat are the Euro, British Pounds, and the US Dollars. Supported cryptocurrencies include BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, MATIC, USDT, USDC, SNX, LINK, UNI, AAVE, and ZRX.
